I cannot see our plugin on your site.
wpsolrKeymaster4 years ago in reply to: Invalid Number: n for field is_excluded_s #31026It seems that your current Solr index’s schema.xml file is not the one delivered by WPSOLR.
You should try to create a new Solr index, with a new name, from WPSOLR, as shown in the video.wpsolrKeymaster4 years ago in reply to: About themes and runtime #31013You can download a 7 days trial on our pricing page.
wpsolrKeymaster4 years ago in reply to: About themes and runtime #31011We do not install search engines like Solr for clients, because it is a work for admin specialists.
If your hosting does not provide this service, you could get a Solr hosting like OpenSolr
wpsolrKeymaster4 years ago in reply to: About themes and runtime #31009You can find more information on installing search engines locally. You should use the latest version and latest installation documentation.
Solr is lighter in server resources than Elasticsearch/OpenSearch.
wpsolrKeymaster4 years ago in reply to: About themes and runtime #31007WPSOLR works with any WooCommerce theme, on any hosting, with clients over 400,000 products.
You have to decide which search engine you want to use, and decide wether to install it locally (Solr, Elasticsearch, OpenSearch) on your server or pay for an external hosting (Solr, Elasticsearch, OpenSearch, Algolia).
wpsolrKeymaster4 years ago in reply to: integration of woocommerce with algolia #31005Yes, the WooCommerce integration with Algolia is fully operational and tested.
It provides search, suggestions, facets, sorting (by creating a replicate of the index automatically).
The plugin installs a default setup, and you can further fine-tune your index in the Algolia’s index dashboard (synonyms, rules, …)
The results continue to be displayed by your theme in the search loop. Here is a demo (Cloudways, WooCommerce, Flatsome, Algolia).
Notice that AI search personalization, AI Re-ranking, AI dynamic synonyms and AI Recommendations are under development.

wpsolrKeymaster4 years, 1 month ago in reply to: Facets Sort by Alphabetical Order #30914It is a built-in feature in the /plugins/wpsolr-pro/wpsolr-pro/wpsolr/pro/extensions/theme/template/facet-hierarchy/wpsolr-facet-hierarchy.js
wpsolrKeymaster4 years, 1 month ago in reply to: Facets Sort by Alphabetical Order #30912But there are some child facets still getting expanded, not able to find out the reason for that
The hierarchical layout memorises the current user’s opened/closed children selections, on purpose.
wpsolrKeymaster4 years, 1 month ago in reply to: Facets Sort by Alphabetical Order #30910Ca you try to increase the “No. of values to be displayed by filters” on screen 2.1?
It worked on our Flatsome Elasticsearch demo

wpsolrKeymaster4 years, 1 month ago in reply to: Empty hidden field sel_fac_field #30897sel_fac_field is a hidden field generated by the (deprecated) search shortcode. It should not appear if the results are displayed by your theme.
wpsolrKeymaster4 years, 1 month ago in reply to: Custom Query support for wpsolr ? #30895Modyfying plugin files is not recommended, nor supported.
But the code you mention is already part of the plugin, with the Numeric Range facet layout.

With one exception though, the Weaviate vector search engine, which can index and search images within the media library’s admin. You can check our Weaviate’s CLIP model image search video demo.WPSOLR does not index image content, as it is not supported by search engines.

Regarding Media Cloud plugin, I presume the actual storage of the images is hidden behind the standard WP apis. It should be transparent to access them.
But if your question was about displaying images on the front-end results, there will be no issue at all, as WPSOLR does not manage results display. It is done by the theme.
