Hi, I have added sort by alphabet checkbox, the facets data are missing some taxonomies after this setting is enabled.
The sorting is working, but the data is missing, this is happening all facets. Can you help with this,

This was the code being added ,
“facets_sort”: {
“themes”: “1”,
“report”: “1”,
“industry: “1”
}
when I checked in import/export settings. on removing this, all the facets are showing up.

Ca you try to increase the “No. of values to be displayed by filters” on screen 2.1?

It worked on our Flatsome Elasticsearch demo

Okay, it worked.. I tried adding zero , it didn’t work.. changing to it 2000, worked. But there are some child facets still getting expanded, not able to find out the reason for that. Could you help me to fix this?

The hierarchical layout memorises the current user’s opened/closed children selections, on purpose.

I want to disable this feature, Can you pls guide .. I checked in incognito mode, all the facets were collapsed.
