From the plugin there is a deactivate button the tries to run but doesn’t seem to actually remove the license as I still see it in the WPSOLR admin panel. It still throws the error the url already exists for the license after trying to deactivate it. Error on plugin page ‘Your license is not active. Please activate it now.’
Affected url: pre.{$mysite}

Probably because this url was activated on another site deleted in the meantime.
I removed the activation. You should be able to activate it now.

Could you please remove the activation from the URL: pre.{$mysite}. We have an issue where when we copy down our DB from live to pre it corrupts the license. It is the same license number for both instances.

I need the license removed for rossweb.bus.umich.edu/academics, we had to restore a backup that was before adding the license and now we can no longer deactivate, ty.
