If this is a bot, it should be identified with your firewall.
The problem also arises for individual crawled pages that consume all resources like RAM, CPU, MySQL, etc. This must be managed with external CDNs and firewalls.

A bot is probably crawling all your archive pages, search included.

Here is a workaround, until a fix is released:
cd /plugins/wpsolr-pro/wpsolr-pro/wpsolr/core composer require monolog/monolog:^2.9(downgrade monolog to 2.x)

Apart from executing a js code, every 12 h for instance, that calls an Ajax PHP code to update the current footer nonce, I do not see a solution to that.
