    Your Elasticsearch service has an issue apparently.

    Try to connect to the index locally.

    1) ssh to the server (instruction are in the Cloudways panel, see https://support.cloudways.com/difference-between-master-credentials-and-application-credentials/#tab-2)
    2) execute the command line
    curl -XGET "https://localhost:9200/"

    you should get something like

    {
      "name" : "Iw0mu0h",
      "cluster_name" : "elasticsearch",
      "cluster_uuid" : "jcF4CSf3RXqb8Sv_ArZ5Jg",
      "version" : {
        "number" : "6.3.1",
        "build_flavor" : "default",
        "build_type" : "deb",
        "build_hash" : "eb782d0",
        "build_date" : "2018-06-29T21:59:26.107521Z",
        "build_snapshot" : false,
        "lucene_version" : "7.3.1",
        "minimum_wire_compatibility_version" : "5.6.0",
        "minimum_index_compatibility_version" : "5.0.0"
      },
      "tagline" : "You Know, for Search"
    }

    If not, contact the Cloudways support with this information.

    Perhaps also your server is too small to cope with both WordPress and Elasticsearch.

    It should work fine.
    wpsolr.com is on Cloudways, with our plugin configured to use the local Elasticsearch service.

    Try to restart your Elasticsearch service in your Cloudways server console “Manage services”.

    Please verify that you activated our WPSOLR WooCommerce extension, with “Replace category search” checked.

    It looks fine.

    When do you get your error?

    Can I see your index settings in your WPSOLR admin?

    Let me know if you’re interested in a version that allows full customisation of the suggestions (both data and template).

    The plugin now contains a folder “/wpsolr-examples”, with a list of fully functional Twenty Sixteen child themes. The first child theme is about suggestions, with its functions.php full of code on how to create new twig templates and fill them with custom data.

    Hi,

    The facet widgets are very different from WPSOLR’s. So, probably not. At least without rewriting a large portion of WPSOLR.

    The latest twig code:

    {#*******************************************

    Build the suggestions results grouped

    {{ dump(suggestions) }}

    ********************************************#}

    {# Fancy css #}
    {{ include ("suggestions/fancy/suggestions-groups-css.twig") }}

    {% if suggestions.settings.image_width_pct > 0 %}
        <style>
            .c{{ suggestions.settings.suggestion_uuid }} .result-image {
                width: {{ suggestions.settings.image_width_pct }}%;
            }
        </style>
    {% endif %}

    {# Custom css #}
    {{ include ("suggestions/suggestions-custom-css.twig", {css: suggestions.settings.css}, with_context = false) }}

    <ul class="wpsolr_suggestions c{{ suggestions.settings.suggestion_uuid }}">

        {% for group in suggestions.results %}

    WPSOLR triggers an event when the Ajax load is complete:
    $(document).trigger('wpsolr_on_ajax_success');

    You can catch the event to refresh your buttons. WPSOLR use the same principle to refresh some js facets widgets.

    These buttons are probably added by a javascript code. With the WPSOLR Ajax mode on, the js code is probably not re-triggered when the html code is reloaded.

    You can try to deactivate the Ajax mode.

    You can get the trial on the pricing page.
