Here is a possibility: you selected products and posts in screen 2.2.

Suggestions are searching and retrieving posts. But &post_type=product can only display products. Hence the empty results.

The live version does not have Elastic Search installed. I have migrated my site to cloudWays and using the hostfile entry to access the site
