Is your pricing per year and per site?
Do I need to pay for renewal every year?Pricing is per year and per site, indeed. You’ll need to renew each year.
You can download a full version to install on a test environment.and will I get support to customise custom taxonomy filters on front end template?
Of course, as long as it remains in support domain. We offer dedicated paid service if you need custom developments.
wpsolrKeymaster7 years, 9 months ago in reply to: Quicksearch results by Taxonomies as well as Products #9517Do you know another search solution that does that?
wpsolrKeymaster7 years, 9 months ago in reply to: Index Words in Another Language #9516Is it solved?
wpsolrKeymaster7 years, 9 months ago in reply to: Index Words in Another Language #9512I detected an issue. The option “fuzzy” was selected in screen 2.1. It can have strange effects.
Now there are 3 results for “Pribanic”.
wpsolrKeymaster7 years, 9 months ago in reply to: Index Words in Another Language #9511Thanks. I can see you use a Solr index. How did you create it?
wpsolrKeymaster7 years, 9 months ago in reply to: Index Words in Another Language #9509Thanks. I created an account.
With https://www.snfpaper.org/?s=Pribanic, I get only one result, but for another pdf file: https://www.snfpaper.org/wp-content/uploads/_pda/2018/12/2014-06-04.pdf. But this pdf does not seem to contain “Pribanic” (tested with Ctrl-F).
So: the pdf with “Pribanic” (https://www.snfpaper.org/wp-content/uploads/_pda/2018/10/2017-08-16.pdf) is not found, and the pdf without “Pribanic” (https://www.snfpaper.org/wp-content/uploads/_pda/2018/12/2014-06-04.pdf) is found.
Can you give my account access to your WP admin, so I can have a quick check?
wpsolrKeymaster7 years, 9 months ago in reply to: Index Words in Another Language #9507Can you tell me the url of a pdf, already indexed, containing “Pribanic”?
wpsolrKeymaster7 years, 9 months ago in reply to: FlippingBook add-on #9497Hi,
WPSOLR can indeed index and search pdf files. But not inserted from a shortcode from https://flippingbook.com.
This would require a new add-on, to extract the pdf file content from the shortcode and index it within the post content.
Something similar to our other embedded pdf add-ons, I presume: Integrated Add-ons and services

wpsolrKeymaster7 years, 9 months ago in reply to: Multiple taxonomy filters with Polylang #9491Hi,
Sorry for the delay, I had to recover your topic from spam.
1. Is your plugin compatible with Polylang?
We are compatible with WPML and Polylang, yes.
2. Can it be used to created multiple taxonomy drop down menus for filtering purposes on listed/directory website?
Yes, all your taxonomies, terms, and custom fields can be used as dynamic filters.
3. Can I customise it in a Template so that those drop down menus can be displayed on specific pages?
All our filters are dynamic: they do not appear if the current search results do not contain them.

wpsolrKeymaster7 years, 10 months ago in reply to: "Did you mean" search suggestion feature #9326Hello,
The “Did you mean” feature works as follow:
1) A search is performed on some keywords
2) No results are retrieved
3) Suggestions are retrieved for the keywords, based on the spellchecking setting from the index type/schema
4) A second search is performed on the first suggested keywords (if suggestions are not empty)
5) The search template display the results from the suggested searchEverything is automatic, and works in the background.
wpsolrKeymaster7 years, 10 months ago in reply to: WooCommerce default filters? #9309Nope.
See /wpsolr/search/hosting for a list of tested Elasticsearch providers.wpsolrKeymaster7 years, 10 months ago in reply to: WooCommerce default filters? #9307You choose which attributes to use as filter:
/guide/video-tutorials-wpsolr-pro-extensions/wpsolrKeymaster7 years, 10 months ago in reply to: WooCommerce default filters? #9305No, you keep your theme search template. WPSOLR facets are in a widget.
You just add the widget to your search page product sidebar.
I mentioned “Theme” because this is the name of the extension.
