Hi,
WPSOLR can indeed index and search pdf files. But not inserted from a shortcode from https://flippingbook.com.
This would require a new add-on, to extract the pdf file content from the shortcode and index it within the post content.
Something similar to our other embedded pdf add-ons, I presume: Integrated Add-ons and services
