Your settings are correct.
Please configure the Query Monitor add-on to spy on the actual query sent to and results from your current search engine.

wpsolrKeymaster2 years, 9 months ago in reply to: I want to renew my license #38286Hi,
I could not find you in our billing system.
wpsolrKeymaster2 years, 9 months ago in reply to: some questions about WPSOLR PRO #38283AI search, named Algolia NeuralSearch, is only available with Algolia’s Elevate plan and WPSOLR Enterprise.
For keyword search, the Algolia Free plan will work with WPSOLR Pro. Just verify that the limits (3 search queries/second, 10,000 search queries/month) will be enough.
Anyway, you can try the free Algolia plan with the free WPSOLR Pro trial to check by yourself.
wpsolrKeymaster2 years, 9 months ago in reply to: Exclude Custom Taxonomy Temrs from WPSolr query #38281Configure the Query Monitor add-on, it will output the query generated by your code.
You can then try the query in the Solr/Elasticsearch/OpenSearch dashboard, and update it accordingly to your needs.
wpsolrKeymaster2 years, 9 months ago in reply to: Exclude Custom Taxonomy Temrs from WPSolr query #38279There are not documentation, as those methods are internal and therefore not officially supported.
You can use the method search_engine_client_add_filter_not_in_terms(), with an example in /wpsolr/pro/extensions/woocommerce/class-wpsolr-plugin-woocommerce.php or /wpsolr/core/classes/extensions/premium/class-wpsolr-option-premium.php
wpsolrKeymaster2 years, 9 months ago in reply to: Exclude Custom Taxonomy Temrs from WPSolr query #38276The article you mention should be a good start for your problem indeed. Extract taxonomy terms from loggedin user metas, then add them as “not in” filter to current WPSOLR query.
wpsolrKeymaster2 years, 9 months ago in reply to: 504 Error When Trying to Access Tab 2.2 in WPSolr Admin #38273I am still getting this error on Define your search tab.
Nothing new on this subject. There is a timeout due to collecting distinct custom fields on postmetas table.
You can try to increase timouts like PHP timeout, or web server timeout.I also remember that a customer solved this issue by using Firefox instead of chrome (do not ask me why).
For the other question, please create a new topic.
wpsolrKeymaster2 years, 9 months ago in reply to: WPSOLR autoload error #38246It could be that only some of the files where updated.
wpsolrKeymaster2 years, 9 months ago in reply to: ACF Fields do not appear to be indexed #38244????????????
wpsolrKeymaster2 years, 9 months ago in reply to: ACF Fields do not appear to be indexed #38242No performance issues, no. Apache Solr is built for relevant text search and scalability.
wpsolrKeymaster2 years, 9 months ago in reply to: ACF Fields do not appear to be indexed #38240You can use an analyser on your boosted fields. For that, choose the “Copy to a text field” option for your fields on the boost page to apply transformations like stemming, stopwords, or synonyms. You will need to reindex all your data.
