It is used for all sorts of reasons on front-end, or back-end if you activate the “Replace admin archives” on screen 2.1

Did you check “index categories and custom fields” in screen 2.2?

Fortunately, you do not need to do all that.

Just select “Use my own theme search template” in screen 2.1, and your DIVI theme will use its standard search boxes and search page (The WPSOLR Ajax theme is deprecated).

Here is a DIVI demo with WPSOLR and Elasticsearch: https://demo-woocommerce-divi-cloudways.wpsolr.com/shop/

I suggest to debug the problem by opening your chrome inspector, opening the autocomplete_solr.js file in “sources”, and adding breakpoints to find the origin of the problem.

5 years, 9 months ago in reply to: WPSOLR Filter (Multiple Choice) not very useful for big number of facets #23481

You could use the “Select2” facet layout as shown on video /guide/video-tutorials-facets-layouts/video-setup-select2-box-facets-ajax-theme-templates-local-solrcloud/

– It is a native select2 widget
– It provides a client search box
– It supports multi-select

You can see it in action on https://www.oemperformance.com/home/?s=&post_type=product

For traceability, I will answer to the first question. Please create one topic per other question.

You can restyle radiobox layout icons by overriding the default radiobox css:

.wpsolr_facet_radiobox .select_opt:before {
    margin-right: 5px;
    content: "\f1db";
}

Replace “\f1db” with any Fontawsome (https://fontawesome.com/icons?d=gallery) unicode (https://waramo.co.jp/fa/)

I just remove your current subscription’s activation. You should be able to activate your new site now.

I could import and index your PDF.
It seems like your PHP max memory settings are not used for any reason.
