Can you explain what you see that leads you to that conclusion?
wpsolrKeymaster5 years, 6 months ago in reply to: Problem images source on Elasticsearch #25500Please replace your current WPSOLR with this fix: https://trello.com/c/Fa650eD6/148-fix-missing-images-on-cross-domain-search-global-search
wpsolrKeymaster5 years, 7 months ago in reply to: Filter : Multiple Selection not working #25477Explanation:
Let say you have only 2 products: productA with attribute blue, productB with attribute red.
When you select filter blue, filter red is hidden because only productA is displayed.
With this option, we ask WPSOLR to force the showing of filter blue even when no products match its value.
And as you selected “OR” condition on the color filter, choosing blue after choosing red will show both products.wpsolrKeymaster5 years, 7 months ago in reply to: Filter : Multiple Selection not working #25476Did you check the checkbox “Do not use other items selections to calculate the items count” ?
wpsolrKeymaster5 years, 7 months ago in reply to: Index by attached – woocommerce #25473Great.
If you buy the plugin, just install this fix instead, and activate it with your subscription license.
When you will update your WPSOLR plugin in the future, the next release will include the fix.

wpsolrKeymaster5 years, 7 months ago in reply to: Problem images source on Elasticsearch #25468I understand that you use the cross-domain search on 2 sites. Let’s name them local-site and global-site.
– On local-site, you configured your theme search, or elementor grid, with the facets widget, to show only local post types and images. It works fine.
– On global-site, you use the shortcode to display post types and images from both sites. But images coming from local-site are not showingIs it correct?

wpsolrKeymaster5 years, 7 months ago in reply to: Problem images source on Elasticsearch #25464What is “cross-search”?
wpsolrKeymaster5 years, 7 months ago in reply to: Index by attached – woocommerce #25462You need to install the Elasticsearch ingest attachment plugin (Tika): /guide/configuration-step-by-step-schematic/configure-your-indexes/create-elasticsearch-index/
wpsolrKeymaster5 years, 7 months ago in reply to: Index by attached – woocommerce #25460Algolia does not provide a direct way to index PDFs: https://www.algolia.com/doc/faq/searching/can-i-index-pdfs-word-and-other-types-of-documents/
With Elasticsearch and Solr, the PDF indexing happens in two phases:
– Extraction of the text from the PDF (or .docx, .xls, …) thanks to Apache Tika (see /guide/actions-and-filters/index-embedded-files/) which is included in Elasticsearch and Solr
– Indexing of the extracted textAlgolia does not provide the extraction layer (the Tika layer). Therefore WPSOLR cannot send the PDF text to the Algolia index.
wpsolrKeymaster5 years, 7 months ago in reply to: Index by attached – woocommerce #25458What is the index you created? (Elasticsearch, Solr, Algolia)
wpsolrKeymaster5 years, 7 months ago in reply to: Index by attached – woocommerce #25456Be careful with the .htaccess, there is probably a reason to protect those folders.
Do you index PDFs with Algolia?wpsolrKeymaster5 years, 7 months ago in reply to: Index by attached – woocommerce #25452You get a 403 error. Is your file protected by some authentication?
