I can see you’re using the deprecated search template shortcode provided by WPSOLR.

I strongly suggest to use your on theme search template instead, which would solve the problem:
– In screen 2.1, select “Use my own theme search template”
– Insert the WPSOLR facets widget in your search side bar

I can add this feature, so visitors of your shop search can retrieve the products with downloadable files containing matching keywords.

Even if downloadable files are private.

Only the highlighted texts around the searched keywords of your PDFs would appear in the search.
