Here is a quick fix to help you complete your indexing.

In file /wp-content/plugins/wpsolr-pro/wpsolr/core/classes/engines/class-wpsolr-abstractindexclient.php, comment out line:
throw new \Exception( 'Wrong format returned for the extracted file, cannot extract the <body>.' );

If it’s ok, the fix will be part of next release.

The feature is already in the new release. I cannot give you a date for the release, as it is a major update.

If you are in a rush, you can use the select box, or select2 box, layouts for your facet. They will hide your long list of facet items.

As far as I know, there are no ways to filter results based on other results. In Solr, Elasticsearch, or SQL.

Pagination is done by your theme. WPSOLR performs the query, and let your theme handle the UI, including pagination (or infiniscroll).
