You do not need shortcodes or special search boxes. Your search should work as it is defined by your theme.

Please open your Solr dashboard, execute on your index the following query, and send me the screenshot:
    text:volvo

Thanks. I wanted to be sure.

Do you have other plugins? WooCommerce, WPML, ….

Boosts seem to be not active. To be sure, can you remove the 2 fields “merk” and “model”, and save. Then test again.

Your screens show you searched for “volvo”. Do your 5 indexed documents contain “volvo” in their description, custom fields or taxonomies?

Why do you not complete the indexing of your 23977 documents?

    Looks good.

And screens “2.2”, and “3. Send your data”?

Just ensure you selected the option “Use my own thee search template” in screen 2.2

Then all your site standard search boxes will open the standard search url “/?s=”, managed by WPSOLR.

    No need of any shortcodes.

Queries return one page of results. Change the page size to get more results.

From what I tested, the taxonomy name used in register_taxonomy() function must be in lowercase characters. This is not documented anywhere in the code, as far as I know. And it causes problems not only for WPSOLR, but on the post type edit page itself (lists of terms not appearing on the post type).

I do not know if there is a tool/plugin to change a taxonomy name everywhere in the database.

Those urls are not standard WooCommerce product category urls.

    How did you get them?

If you activate WPSOLR WooCommerce extension, product category archives queries are automatically replaced with WPSOLR.

    What “same page path”?

You have several alternatives to coding to do just that.

    1) Use Toolset
Build you search page with an archive View, add your 3 filters to the view. WPSOLR will automatically convert the View query to an Elasticsearch query.
    Here is the documentation: /guide/configuration-step-by-step-schematic/activate-extensions/toolset-views-add-on/

    2) Preselect facet values
With WPSOLR, you can filter by a facet value, like your taxonomy terms.
Here is a discussion on how to filter results with in-stock product taxonomy: /forums/topic/products-out-of-stock-gaps-in-results/
