On what pages is there a conflict?
wpsolrKeymaster2 years, 10 months ago in reply to: Database Query Performance Optimization for Slow Loading Results #37505Caching this part will prevent retrieving new ACF field values on your post types.
You could disable the option “Replace labels with ACF labels” in the ACF PRO add-on.
wpsolrKeymaster2 years, 10 months ago in reply to: Filtering Issue with Child Terms and ‘OR’ Setting #37504However, I’m encountering a problem where, upon selecting the “Men’s Hat” filter, it displays items marked as both “Men’s Clothing” and “Clothing” instead of narrowing down the results
I’m not sure I understand.

wpsolrKeymaster2 years, 10 months ago in reply to: Assistance Needed for Opensolr.com Resilient Cluster Setup #37488WPSOLR requires Solr 9. Can you select a Solr 9?
wpsolrKeymaster2 years, 10 months ago in reply to: Taxonomies not showing any results #37484You can check your debug.log, or configure Query monitor to check the WPSOLR query and response.
wpsolrKeymaster2 years, 10 months ago in reply to: Persistent Error and Indexing Process #37482Thanks. This issue never happened during our tests with OpenSolr indices.
You can create a new index, after editing the file
wpsolr-pro/wpsolr/core/classes/engines/solarium/admin/conf/9.0/schema.xml,and replacing:
<dynamicField name="*_str" type="strings" stored="false" docValues="true" indexed="false" useDocValuesAsStored="false"/>with:
<dynamicField name="*_str" type="strings" stored="true" docValues="true"/>wpsolrKeymaster2 years, 10 months ago in reply to: Indexing Process #37480Documents are indexed in real-time, and also appear on this screen.
The idea is that if real-time is not working (network error, search engine error), you can index the documents on this screen.
wpsolrKeymaster2 years, 10 months ago in reply to: Persistent Error and Indexing Process #37478I’m already using opensolr.com
Did you contact them?
wpsolrKeymaster2 years, 10 months ago in reply to: Indexing Process #37477What tells you real-time indexing is not working?
wpsolrKeymaster2 years, 10 months ago in reply to: Persistent Error and Indexing Process #37473Is there a way to prevent a recurrence of this issue?
Asking a Solr expert to review the current installation, or using a hosting Solr service like opensolr.com or searchstax.com.
Additionally, any insights into why the entries aren’t indexing automatically?
Please create a new topic for this question.
wpsolrKeymaster2 years, 10 months ago in reply to: Persistent Error and Indexing Process #37470It could be that the index is corrupted.
You can try to create a new one.wpsolrKeymaster2 years, 11 months ago in reply to: Filtering Issue with Child Terms and ‘OR’ Setting #37373I moved this topic in the “New features requests” forum, for the “do not show children items when parent item is selected”.
The “OR” between category items already works, despite the message sayong the contrary in the facet settings screen.
For instance, several categories selected on our Elasticsearch demo with a “OR”.
