I didn’t installed Apache Solr on our server. This one is must required?

I checked error_log file I can’t find any error related to plugin. Any possibility if I send WP login on your email?

No need of Solr, if you have an AWS Elasticsearch cluster configured.

Verify that you have cURL and php cURL libraries installed, and that you can access AWS Elasticsearch (ask your hosting provider).

See a similar error solved here (“Internal Server Error”): https://www.wpsolr.com/forums/topic/unable-to-connect-to-bonsai-elastisearch/

    Hi,

I checked on EasyApache 4. We have already php-curl Installed.

    php55-php-curl Installed
    php56-php-curl -Installed
    php70-php-curl Installed

Under Plugin Hosting service showing “Amazon AWS – Tested on current version” but in your video and pictures showing “Amazon AWS WPSOLR Ready”.

About Search engine index name. Can we add any random name like (example:prov_92392u03u2903) or should we copy from Amazon AWS??

What said your hosting company about outbound firewalls?

Try to ssh your WP server, and use a cURL command on your AWS Elasticsearch endpoint.

For me (I can reach the endpoint):
    curl https://xxx-wpsolr-tests-jsibc5jh4i…k3fvlba2y.eu-central-1.es.amazonaws.com/
“{“Message”:”User: anonymous is not authorized to perform: es:ESHttpGet”}”

I don’t have outbound firewalls setting now. if you recommend I can check allow and disallow under WHM.
Even I tried curl https://XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX.us-east-1.es.amazonaws.com on Endpoint URL.

    Still same error showing…

Please contact your hosting company support then with this curl command. It definitely looks like a firewall issue.

Also verify that your AWS cluster is not protected otherwise, for instance by client origin (IP, …).

I will check firewall inside server. if issue not resolved I will get back to you.

I need suggestion about AWS Elasticsearch. I choose following details during setup. They are charging $0.15 per hour. We have only a website should. this will be to costly. Any recommendation for less price?

    Availability zones: 3
    Instance type: m4.large.elasticsearch
    Number of instances: 3
    Master instance type: m4.large.elasticsearch
    Number of master instances: 3
