I did sir. I did that all what you said.

Removed unwanted chek boxes from posts etc.

Deleted index and re-index everything. It is not working!

I purged the cache as well to check.

I meant these suggestions:

You can deactivate WPSOLR, and see what happens.
Or even better, configure some facets in screen 2.4, add the WPSOLR facets widget to your search page. Facets should appear, and it is only possible if Elasticsearch is sending back the results.

Is there a possibility that you refund me money?

If I have to experiment with multiple things in the WPSolr, then what is meant by plugin?
It is not PLUG-IN…it is buy at your own risk and try it at your own risk…the owner of the plugin do not own responsibility if the things will actually work or not!

It seems so, indeed. But each environment is different. Your issue could be due to your Elasticsearch, or PHP version, or other plugins. This is what we need to verify now.

It is exactly for this reason, eliminate the risk, that we provide a test version. Anyone can install it, and check that everything is fine before buying a license.

I’m very confident, because WPSOLR is incredibly tested (120 selenium tests executed in parallel on Jenkins for Kubernetes), and was not reported for a single bug for years.

Let me know if you want to continue investigating.
