WPSolr and ElasticSearch is NOT Working
- prashant_felixtoolsParticipant5 years, 3 months ago #9913
Hi,
I have tried everything mentioned in your documentation. I was even able to sync the woo commerce products from the WPSolr plugin.
However, the Search doesn’t work AT ALL!! I am not able to retrieve correct data from the search at all!
I am not sure what is going wrong. Can you help please?
Regards

Thanks for the reply.
There is some ajax search which is On (I can turn it off from the settings). But even if I turn it off1. The search is not able to find the right results (at times it shows 0 results even if I know that there are certain products that do exists)
2. the auto-complete feature is not working at all.
I can share details to login, in case you would want to look into.
I have made the purchase of the plugin with quite high expectations.
prashant_felixtoolsParticipant5 years, 3 months ago #9918I am sorry, but what is meant by “admin screen”? Which screen are you talking about? (There are many tabs 1,2,3,4) – Which screenshot do you want?
