Special characters like AND|OR|NOT are not supported by the plugin’s query search. If it used to, it was a pure accident.

I read the guide somewhere on the forum how to implement it to the search and used it heavily, exclude should be an option for search and facet. Is there any option to exclude a term from search with the plugin?

Let users know to use NOT to exclude a term from the search and it simply work up to to version 22.1

Please uninstall your current WPSOLR 22.3, and install this patched release instead:
