I need to clear the current configuration to default.

Strangely, there is nothing straightforward to do that.

You can use “4. Import / Export settings” tab:
    – export the data you want to erase. Keep the resulting text as a backup (we never know)
    – replace the exported text {} with []
    – import

    Settings export configuration

Is this the only way? I want to reset all my values for the plugin and start from scratch. I deactivated and deleted the plugin and then reuploaded and reactivated, and all my previous configuration was there. Where is this information stored?

I have some issues with a facet/filter, I think because an ACF field had the same name as a taxonomy, but I’m not 100% sure. I deleted the ACF field in PHPMyAdmin and cleared the data in Algolia, but can’t get WPSOLR to reset.

It is the only way indeed.

WPSOLR still shows me options for custom fields that I have since deleted from PHPAdmin. I need to not see those. I need to erase memory of them and start over.

Where on my wordpress installation does this config file exist?

To reset WPSOLR settings, in PHPAdmin you can try to delete all the options starting with ‘wdm_’.

What table should I be looking in for for wdm_ settings? In the wp_wpsolr_index_history? Is wdm_ used only by WPSOLR as far as you know?

OK, I found them in the wp_options table.
