* (new) Add Weaviate replication factor for Weaviate Cloud hosting high-avaibility

* (new) Add facets shortcode

* (new) Send fake test events to Algolia Recommend and Amazon Personalize to reach minimum events requirements required to train a model on a dev/test environment.

* (fix) Shard and replication factors not applied on Opensearch index
