Can you verify in the Solr admin that your index have more than 50K documents?

Yes, the document value is equal to the number of orders.
    Num Docs:177691
    Max Doc:177691

Can you retrieve in the Solr admin one of the documents missing in the orders search ? (with the same keyword)
(If you configure the Query monitor add-on, you can inspect the WPSOLR’s Solr query)

Sorry, I didn’t get it. How can I run the query in solr admin?

You should be able to recreate the WPSOLR’s query (the one that does not return a result) in the Solr admin’s search.

You should see on Query monitor a tab “WPSOLR queries”. If not, please follow the Query monitor tutorial mentioned previously.

Is 409780 an order with status “Published”?

If you activated “2.3 Search”, please deactivate it.

Your query should now look like text:(409780) instead of (409780).

Ensure that your menu “2.3 Search” is not active, and that your orders “Index all statuses” is selected on screen 2.2 (if not, check it and reindex all )

    Great news.
Other customers are also very happy with the orders search, as their staff had to wait for minutes to get results on every search. It is a great boost for productivity.

For security, you must at least restrict IPs as mentioned on https://solr.apache.org/guide/solr/latest/deployment-guide/securing-solr.html#ip-access-control

Or use a secured hosting like OpenSolr (Solr) or Searchstax (SolrCloud clusters).
