Filter configuration

Hello,
At the moment we are experiencing problems with the filter settings. The website we are creating is focussed on selling clothes, thus one of the filter focuses on showing all the different types of clothing categories. On the back side we have created a hierarchy of the pathing through the website. The highest level is women, the second level is clothing, shoes and underwear. Clothing for example separates into a third layer of pants, dresses and shirts. And then pants expands into a fourth layer which goes into chino’s, shorts and jeans.
The current issue we are experiencing with the filters, is that when I go into the first level women, and then into the second level clothing, the third level does not show all the options available. In addition, the third level, shows even second level options. As mentioned before, underwear for example is a second level, however it can be found under clothing’s third level items which it should not.
Then, when I select a third level filter, pants. The fourth level items are not showing at all as another option. The current settings are that it shows the facet as a tree, otherwise it does not show the filter at all. And that you can select multiple values.
I wish to show in the filter the different levels of the pathing, to have them in the order we assigned them in and not to show how many items are in the category. Is this possible?
Kind regards,

This is the overview of when I am in Clothing.https://ibb.co/6sDtrCR
This is when I went into a third level category, not showing the 4th level of categories.wpsolrKeymaster4 years, 8 months ago #17462Here is the plugin with a fix: https://www.dropbox.com/s/zfyfshxbji6me6b/wpsolr-pro-fix-hierarchy.zip?dl=0
Please replace your current version with the fix.

1. The hierarchy follows quite well, however we found some issues in our hierarchy. These are changed, however the website does not display these changes yet. Do we need to reindex or do anything else to update the hierarchy?2. For some reason categories now show up as empty. Here we can see that “herenschoenen’, is empty.

However, on the back-end I can see this one is filled with 3000 items.

In addition, a subcategory of “herenschoenen” is filled with items, which should also automatically fill “herenschoenen” but it does not.

Here you can see that Tops & shirts is at a higher level, and t-shirts and tops are under this. However, because there is no difference it looks like “Dames Jurken” is under there too. I there a way for us to highlight the higher levels?O-OParticipant4 years, 8 months ago #17472Then the following shows up:
