Does your user have “admin” role? Or just “read”, “write”?

It looks like a wrong user/pwd.
When you connect to your Solr admin now, you should be asked a user/pwd. Is it the same you use in WPSOLR’s index config screen?
Yes, wpsolr/wpsolr. That login works.
You can contact SearchStax support then, and mention my ticket number “2643” with them. Same issue, working fine now.
I’ve been working with them for almost 2 weeks trying to get this work. My trial is almost over. I’ll contact them again.
