    I can confirm removing the + from the Name of the single taxonomy and re-indexing resolved the issue.

    It was a 10,000-word post causing an issue with Algolia. Now the posts are indexed, the category archives display content as needed. Thank you for your assistance with this.

    I have just run into an issue trying to index the posts. It’s returning a parser error, as shown here: https://capture.dropbox.com/N6BgHqtoDsAW3PAR.

    If the "Posts excl"... is not valid JSON relates to “excluded posts”, I do not have any excluded.

    your custom posts and custom taxonomy terms are fine, but the post category terms in the blog are not.

    Yes, the custom post type and associated custom terms are functioning as expected. The blog archive is also functioning correctly. It’s only the default category archive I have an issue with.

    I do not want to replace the blog archive, the default category archive, or even have the plugin touch either of these. I want the default blog and category archive to display without any form of facet/search applied via the WPSOLR plugin.

    I have taken your advice and now only have the custom post type selected in settings 2.2, but I still have the issue of the category archive being returned with no content.

    Can you share which files/functions within the plugin are initiating the sort? I do not need to use any sort functionality, so I’m interested to know if I can remove it altogether.

    In setting 2.5 Default first sort, if no sort is selected by the user I have “Most Relevant” selected. Is this the setting you’re referring to? As it is overriding my custom sort. If I deactivate the plugin, the sort returns as expected.

    Is it possible to remove all sorting generated by the plugin?

    Now I know the shortcode is deprecated, it makes more sense. Thanks for your help.

    On a side note – in the forum here, the Google Captcha iFrame has a height set to 394px; which I need to disable each time to access the Add Reply button.

    .entry-content embed,
    .entry-content iframe,
    .entry-content object,
    .entry-content video. {
        margin-bottom: 25px;
        width: 100%;
        height: 394px;
    }

    Thanks for the quick response; much appreciated.

    Are you referring to the Search with this search engine index option? If so, then yes. This is selected with the index.

    How do I display the search on a specific page if the shortcode is deprecated?
