wrong count of orders per order status

hello
we have an issue where “select all” orders per status gives wrong number on the actual amount of orders

we are in the “processing” order status tab, there are 61 orders there, but when we select all it says 61 out of 62 orders. where is the missing one? sometimes it’s 2-3 orders that are missing. we tried full sync from scratch and also regular sync.

“on hold” status tab, there are 4 orders and it says 6.

“pending payment status” status tab, it shows the trashed orders there also along with pending payment, and gives a totally wrong 9 out or 148..even if it was trashed orders + pending payment, there should be only 12 because there are 5 pending payment and 7 in trash.
on the “trash” status tab it shows 0 orders but there should be 7.
