I get the following error (I removed some parts for security reasons):

Looks like an escaping characters issue.

Ok, now what? What is your suggestion? How do I resolve this? Do you have another means of contact other than a public forum?

I have other issues as well, such as:

    – Using ajax, breadcrumbs not updating correctly with all the levels of categories -> subcategories, although permalink works correctly. When not using ajax there is no problem.

    – select2 drop down list.. number of maximum facet results in the drop down list. There seems to be a max number of facets to be displayed. I need to adjust one of them to show more. For example, I have a brand that has a catalogue for most makes of cars. The drop down list will not show all makes for selection because the list is big. It goes from Audi.. Austin… till VW.. Volvo… but it stops half way. So I only get the makes from A to K… and the rest is missing.

I’ll have to investigate for your current issue, and produce a fix.

The forum is the only support channel.

I urgently need this indexing issue resolved as we have one of our primary categories missing filters due to not being able to synchronising the index. We will also be adding more products soon. Anything I can do let me know.

    Thanks! 🙂

Fixed by switching PHP 7.4.5 to 7.4.1. A fix will be created in next release.
