We have recently purchased a WPSolr Pro Licence code is: fb20671a………56ebd.

We have configured it on the test site with 3 different languages and 3 SOLR indexes using WPML.

The backend seems fine and the default english language search is working fine.
But when trying to search on the spanish or german site it always redirects to the english search…

Can you please help with this?
Sorry for sending this to you so late but we need this to work by the end of the week – I hope this is possible?

I had a good look.

The problem is that the search box on home is always redirecting to the english search page: https://www.watestsite.ovh/mysearch/?wpsolr_q=

I would first recommend to switch from WPSOLR Ajax search mode, to your own “Use my own theme search template” in screen 2.1. The Ajax search mode is deprecated.

Yes but even if I change the form and point it to eg:

Search Results

It does redirect to the english one.
So its not only the form but somehow the wpsolr search result page always goes back to the english version?

You search boxes should be the standard ones, redirecting to /{language}/?s=

Hi We are trying to release WPSOLR to live on: https://www.wassenaar.org
But when we try to activate it we get an invalid site key…
Is this maybe a conflict between the test and live site?
Can you please help with this

What is the error message?

Each license can activate one site. But sites containing “localhost”, “dev”, “test”, “staging” do not require a license.

You can deactivate your current test site eventually from the plugin.

Hi – We have a new issue with license!
Yesterday we managed to activate, but due to technical issues we had to replace the full database,
so we need to activate again – we are trying the same license key but we are getting:

Your subscription’s maximum number of 1 ‘WPSOLR PRO – All packs’ licenses is reached. Please remove some licenses first, or upgrade your subscription to add more licenses.

But as we overwrote the database we cant remove the license ourselves..can you please allow us somehow to activate the same site again?
