I noticed your only filter is “categories”, which is the posts category.
Select instead product_cat, product_tag, _price, and other product attributes (select all of them on 2.2 in the product’s taxonomies and custom fields, the re-index everything).

You should then see the WPSOLR facets widget appear on your DIV (?s=&post_type=product) search.

Also, no need to index product variations, as they are not searchable in WooCommerce.

I’m just going to move my VM to a physical machine as I’ve been getting some funny things happen on the VM. I’ll give this a go afterwards.
