When I delete a post, or change status to Draft, the post is not removed from search index.

Please check that screen 2.2 “Do not index in real-time” is not checked.

Do you see a WPSOLR notice message when deleting a post, or updating its status?

Yes, “Do not index in real-time” is not checked.

When deleting or drafting a post, no wpsolr notice message.

Do you have some errors in your WP debug.log?

I enabled WP debug log, Move a post to draft to test but I don’t see any errors related to WPSOLR. The log:

Strange.

You can try to deactivate plugins and themes eventually.
