There is not. You could try to catch some events from your SEO plugin to force noindex,nofllow on pages containing the “wpsolr_fq” url parameter?

Here is a fix to add noindex/nofollow on all WPSOLR pages (pages with a WPSOLR parameter) https://trello.com/c/M0HLj8qI/119-option-no-index-no-follow-on-all-wpsolr-facet-links-and-facet-results-pages

Just activate the 2 options “noindex” and “nofollow” on the Yoast add-on settings.
