Hi,
I have 3 sites on production and 3 sites on staging.
I copied my prod sites db on staging sites, but I didn’t desactivate the staging licences before to it.
And now, I cannot reactivate the licences on staging sites, I have an error that said : “the maximum number of 6 ‘WPSOLR PRO – All packs’ licenses is reached”. But I cannot desactivate licences for my staging urls anymore.
Do you have the possibility to manually delete the activations on my staging urls ?

Oh yes, the licences are on our client account. Where can I send you the info in private ?

You can copy your order# or subscription# in your forum profile’s first name.

It’s done. I added the subcription number in my profile.
Could you please delete the activations for the urls that contain “pix” ?
