License renewal

    We had Solr service suspended due to a payment problem. We have since renewed our subscription but the license number we received following the renewal is not the same as we had before and it seems that we have to redo all the settings to restore service.
    Is there a way to have our license continuity and not have to reinstall everything?
    On the other hand, our old license includes a multisite option that we could not renew, how should we proceed to recover our old multisite license?

    You do not have to reinstall anything, just to deactivate your old license, and activate your new license.

    I bought my licence for a domain name. Can I change to another domain name?
