I have a WordPress site with 15,000 posts still in the development phase, when it goes into production it should pass 100,000 posts later this year, so WordPress search is not for him because it does not work with relevance and still takes a lot to return the results. We tried to use the Relevanssi Plugin and it worked very well but it was too slow to index our posts and PDF, in the documentation Relevanssi himself says that for sites with more than 10,000 posts the best option is to use a Solr or Elastic type service Search.
We chose to use the WPSolr plugin and hired a server with Apache SOLR, thanks to this arrangement, today we have search for relevance very fast, almost in real time.
However, we still need to tweak the results better. For example: we need to make SOLR understand that Law 9,613 may be the same thing as Law 9613 or simply 9613.

Examples:
Law 9,613 = Law 9613
Law 9,613 = 9613

How can we achieve this type of search optimization?

Use standard Solr filters, or build your own: https://lucene.apache.org/solr/guide/7_4/filter-descriptions.html

Como faço para implementar este tipo de filtro no meu SOLR? Você pode me ajudar com isto? Meu cliente fala ingles fluente e gostaria de marcar um uma chamada pelo skype com você, para tratarmos acercas do detalhes. Meu cliente pode ser um canal de comunicação entre nós, ele também pode demonstrar para você a nossa necessidade executando algumas buscas no nosso sistema.

Temos urgencia em resolver isto e podemos pagar por isto, apenas precisamos que funbcione bem.

How do I implement this type of filter in my SOLR? Can you help me with this? My client speaks English fluently and I would like to make a skype call with you, to deal with the detail details. My client can be a communication channel between us, it can also demonstrate to you our need by performing some searches on our system.

We urgently need to sort this out and we can afford it, we just need it to work fine.

I advise you to contact a Solr consultant. This kind of tuning is often hard to achieve and requires a great deal of time and expertise.
