Hi,

We bought wpsolr pro. The plugin is showing we are using the free version. Is there a different download for the pro version?

Hi,

Yes, there is a specific download link, sent by email after your order is confirmed.

I am going to work with https://www.bonsai.io to get it working. We have two more sites and i’ll buy a license for those once I get it working

Is there documentation i can give to the developers?

There are some limitations with bonsai: no pdf indexing

A video for bonsai setup:

Which Elasticsearch service do you recommend?

Amazon Elasticsearch and elastic.co cloud are the 2 we tested the more.

ok, are there setup videos for those two?

We host our tests Elasticsearch indexes on elastic.co

/guide/setup-ajax-search-template/video-setup-demo-ajax-template-amazon-elasticsearch-service/

Drawback of Amazon: you can only restrict access to indexes with IP address. No basic http authentication (to my knowledge).

Is there a help video for elastic.co?

No. It is basically the same, but you can add a user/password to protect each index.
