You just need to activate the WooCommerce out of stock feature. Then reindex your products.
The WPSOLR’s WooCommerce add-on must be active also.
What do you mean by “activate the WooCommerce out of stock feature” is it a feature in WPSolr plugin?
I meant the WooCommerce inventory “Hide out of stock items from the catalog” option in /wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-settings&tab=products§ion=inventory
