Hi,

I have a custom taxonomy named ‘status’ and a term ‘dropped’ under it.

What I want to do is exclude the term ‘dropped’ from the index and searching.

Can you please guide me how to do it?

A checkbox “Hide” is available on each facet item in screen 2.4. Click first on button “Override each facet label” on your field “status”.

You will need to reindex all your data.

Thank you, but it’s not really what I’m looking for! To be clear: I want to exclude posts that associated with a specific term in a custom taxonomy from being indexed by Wpsolr.

How can I do it please?

To exclude post types from the index based on some criteria, you can modify the SQL that retrieves posts to be indexed.
