Recently I started a trial for WPSOLR. Turned out it’s not the right tool for me.
On the last day I tried to cancel but couldn’t find how to do so on the website.
Eventually I got charged !!!

I want my money back please. I haven’t used the license at all.

Hi,
Indeed, our payment processor (2checkout) received a Paypal chargeback request last week.
Here is the payment processor answer to my question on the procedure for your case:

At the moment a refund cannot be process as the client opened a dispute. Please inform the client to close his dispute send a email proof to support@2checkout.com so we can close the dispute on our side as well then the client can receive the refund from your side.

Hi, I sent a few weeks ago the evidence 2checkout needed to close the case. I have chased them but they haven’t replied. I assume the case is closed and I can get my refund. Can you check, please?

Verifone’s chargeback team confirmed I could now refund you.

I started the process. You should receive confirmations from Verifone soon (a few hours).
