Delay on (facets) search

    Hello WPSolr,

Is there a way to remove the delay from the search? Like when I select multiple facets, it takes like 2-3 seconds before it actually is going to search. Is there a way to remove this delay?

Would like to hear from you!

    Kind Regards,

    Jasper van Hardeveld

    Hello,

Can I see the delay live?

    Thanks.

This is a general issue on all the pages on the site. Sometimes, coming back to the home page, the screen is stuck for a long time.

Thankyou for your reply. There is an load time on the pages because there is no cache plugin installed. But the search wait a couple of second before it even starts the actual loading / request.

If you use Google Chrome for example, you will see whenever you select multiple facets. The loading circle at the top will start after a few seconds.

This has nothing to do with website, does it?

Would like to hear back from you!

    Kind Regards,
    Jasper

It appears your search page is called twice in chrome timeline.

    Good morning,

Thank you for your reply again!
Is this something from our side? Or is that something that the plugin does? Or maybe a setting?

And we have multiple sliders, but when I set mileage and year of construction both to any number, only one of them will work and the other one will reset. It completely remove the other attribute from the slug as well. How can we solve this?

Would like to hear from you!

    Kind Regards,

    Jasper

No, this is not a standard feature. Try to install the latest version, without any customizations.

Looks like the calls are both initiated from your script files?

Your 3 image links are broken.

    Did you customize the plugin?

We did some customizations indeed but more to index from another table then the posts. The search etc. is quite default. Can you point me in a direction then what could be happening?

Install the original plugin, and see what happens.
