Doing some testing and have a question after noticing that the sorting on category pages is identical when comparing Algolia to the default WooCommerce. In short: what is controlling the sorting and is there a way to instead rely on Algolias ranking/sorting?

Just to confirm: The config in 2.3 only impact the actual search results?

I guess I can ask more generally: are the category pages actually populated with Algolia results or are the Facets the only thing actually populated by Algolia?

Algolia will indeed replace the whole search on your categories.

In the WPSOLR “Theme” add-on, you can configure the jQuery selectors that will tell WPSOLR what sections of your theme’s archives pages are the sort, the pagination, the results, the header.
