Hello dear,

i have an issue on https://celavogue.com where the facets are not working properly especially for the categories, for example,
1- if you go to https://celavogue.com/product-category/fashion/women, you will see only (bags and jewelry as child categories in the filters even though we know that children of women category are Shoes, clothing, bags, eyewear Jewelery, Accessories ).
2- if you click on any of the categories showing in the filter, you will be redirected to the empty results page.
3- in the brands dropdown filter, not all brands are showing even though we know other brands exist.

I have already tried to empty the index and re-index.
please advise.

Thank you, this solved the issue of empty results when using the category filter.
But still some children categories are not showing, do we need to re-index?

Indeed, if you notice empty results then you should probably reindex.

Hi, I reindexed all the data, but still not showing all the children catgeories and also only a couple of brands can be seen on then listing page, please check:

Try to increase the maximum number of items shown per facet in WPSOLR’s screen 2.1
