Licence stopped working

    Hi – we have two licences associated with two different domains. After resetting our database one of the licences reports:

    ‘Your subscription’s maximum number of 1 ‘WPSOLR PRO – All packs’ licenses is reached. Please remove some licenses first, or upgrade your subscription to add more licenses.’

    It should be using exactly the same domain so I do not understand why it cannot re-register? Is this expected behaviour and how can we resolve.

    This is happening specifically with licence 034...

    Yes.

    and we also need to deactivate the other licence as the domain has changed slightly.

    I removed both subscriptions’ activations for f…u.local and f…u.staging
