But since the configuration “Replace front-end archives” is disabled in our backend for post types, would it be possible to also disable Wpsolr custom query when on an archive page according to this config ?
There is a method get_is_replace_by_wpsolr_query, would it be possible to add some more logic around ?
We already use the solution with a shortcode on a plain page but it’s not optimal (WPML compatibility).

    Thanks.

Ok, thanks. Do you have an idea when you will have time to check that and fix it ?
In the meantime I’ll use a simple page and not the archive page. It works that way.

    Thanks

If I desactivate WPSOLR everything works fine. The options of FacetWP facets are displayed.
On my local site, I only activated WPSOLR, without setting any parameters, and I have the problem. As soon as WPSOLR is activated, FacetWP options are not displayed (because the query returns an empty array).

I don’t want to use the facets of WPSOLR. I need to use the facets of FacetWP.
I only use WPSOLR for search results page, not on my CPT archive pages.
I managed to use FacetWP facets on a page with a custom query. But on the archive page of my CPT, FacetWP facets are not working correclty beacause of WPSOLR. And I didn’t activate WPSOLR to replace the archive page of my CPT.
WPSOLR shouldn’t have an impact of my archive page if I didn’t activate ‘Post Types’ on screen 2.1 in BO, right ?

It’s done. I added the subcription number in my profile.
Could you please delete the activations for the urls that contain “pix” ?
    Thank you

Oh yes, the licences are on our client account. Where can I send you the info in private ?
    Thanks

I don’t use facets. But it’s working fine with the search template from my theme. I have the expected results. So it’s ok.
Last question : it’s a multilingual site with WPML. Is it necessary to use the WPML addon of WPSOLR ? I didn’t activate it and I have only one index (FR by default), and the results in the other languages (like EN) seem to be correct. Is it ok or should I create an index for each language ?

    Thank you

    Hi,
I do use the search archive template of Elementor. And I have the “archive posts” widget.
WPSOLR request is made, but it’s replaced by the one from Elementor Pro later. It’s as if Elementor made its own request and didn’t use the archive main query.
I tried without WPSOLR plugin. And it’s the same behaviour. I doesn’t have the same search results with Elementor archive template and without it. The posts displayed are not the same. As if Elementor is not using the main query.

I think I’ll use the search template from my theme, and not the Elementor archive template. It will fix my issue.

    Thanks

    Hi,
I have installed the Query Monitor plugin to check the different queries. And it seems that WPSOLR query is done, and AFTER Elementor Pro does one another. Is the expected behaviour ?

    Thanks

In WPSOLR logs there are only the posts I want. No post from post types that I haven’t added to index. So I suppose the query must be modified after WPSOLR. I’ll check that, and I’ll let you know.
    Thanks

Unfortunately it didn’t change anything… I still have post types that I don’t want in the search with Elementor.

If no solution, I’ll use the theme template and not the Elementor template…

I have no errors, neither in the console nor in debug.log.
And yes I used the “Archive posts” widget.

I noticed that the “No. of results per page” parameter of WPSOLR is working fine, even with Elementor template. If I update the value in admin, the number of posts on front is correct. It’s only the displayed post types that is not correct. It displays types that I haven’t added to WPSOLR index.
