Yes, Other site is also on Kinsta and the URL to refresh Inventory there is https://inventory.s41tradeconnect.com/eclipse-price-inventory-db.php. It is currently set to 700 records per minute which works perfectly fine without any error.

On https://s41tradeconnect.com/eclipse-price-inventory-db.php we set 200 records per minute and it works fine but when we increase the number of records beyond 200 it starts throwing Critical error.

After critical error it keeps on throwing same Fatal error until we reset it to 200. Error recorded in the log is below.

2021/07/19 07:18:50 [error] 63760#63760: *986026 FastCGI sent in stderr: “PHP message: PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Class ‘GuzzleHttp\Ring\Exception\ConnectException’ not found in /www/s41tradeconnect_319/public/wp-content/plugins/wpsolr-pro/wpsolr/core/vendor/ezimuel/ringphp/src/Client/CurlFactory.php:126

Please let us know what this error means and how we can resolve this. We need at least 700 records per minute for the scope of indexing we need to perform.

You can check URL by changing number of records in query string – https://s41tradeconnect.com/eclipse-price-inventory-db.php?xrpm=200

    Thanks

I have WPSOLR PRO 22.0. Is the fix available in this version? Or should I replace my plugin with the plugin attached to the link above?

We ran the process again, ensuring New Relic was disabled. We did not get the bam.nr.data.net error this time, but we did get the critical error provided above in my initial message.

Let me try to run the process again while it is definitely disabled. Thanks.

No, our new relic is disabled right now.

Got that. My question is whether I have to use a global search since I’m using a subdomain. I’m obviously not able to clone my website if I can’t use my own theme, which seems to be impossible if you’re using a global search. Therefore, you’re not able to share an index across cloned sites. Is that correct?

Yeah, I followed that. It’s not terribly clear.

Okay, got it. With my configuration, domain and sub-domain with the site cloned on the subdomain, am I only able to do a global search? Therefore, I’m not able to use my own theme on the subdomain? When I select local search, it only finds a tiny fraction of the products in my index.

I had to do a restore on the subdomain. I only have one site and one subdomain. Right now on the inventory subdomain, it says “Your license is not active. Please activate it now” When I attempt to activate it, I’m getting the “subscription’s maximum number of 2 ‘WPSOLR PRO – All packs’ licenses is reached” error.

I’m getting that error message on the subdomain.

Now I’m getting the following error:
Your subscription’s maximum number of 2 ‘WPSOLR PRO – All packs’ licenses is reached. Please remove some licenses first, or upgrade your subscription to add more licenses.

I’m only trying to use it on two websites.

Okay, what do I need to do then to get this done? Do I need to purchase a new subscription? How can I do that? I only see where I would need to book a zoom meeting.

Also, the only subscription that’s showing in my account is this forums one. Don’t know if that makes a difference.

How can I add a second seat to my current subscription?
