I have a site that’s using wpsolr for search. When you use multiple search words: “one two three” You will get results newest first for everything that matches “one two three”, then it starts over for “two three one” or “One two” etc. Is there any way to always get chronological order for all the results returned from search? Thank you
I configured the server and now when I tried to index I got an error “WPSOLR: error on term 534 for taxonomy ‘manufacturer’: Invalid taxonomy.” I have few custom taxonomies including manufacturer but the index is stopped. We’d like to use the WPSOLR Elastisearch database to query product based on product category, and a taxonomy + search based on tags. Is is possible to pass these queries to wpsolr and get back the product ID’s that are neeeded? If yes how so? Ideally, we’d “give” WPSOLR a complete WPQUERY and wpsolr returns the IDs of the products. Thanks!
