I believe the SQL is slow. Although we are on 16 GB RAM server.
pseudo visitorParticipant5 years, 5 months ago in reply to: Need reindexing after cloning a WordPress site? #8949In a batch of 100. Right now, it has been 30 minutes and 10400 documents indexed so far.
pseudo visitorParticipant5 years, 5 months ago in reply to: Need reindexing after cloning a WordPress site? #8947Perfect…
One last thing…the current index rate is slow…around 300 per minute.
We have 1.4 million products.
Can we speed up?pseudo visitorParticipant5 years, 5 months ago in reply to: Need reindexing after cloning a WordPress site? #8945But we will delete the main website after the clone is there.
pseudo visitorParticipant5 years, 5 months ago in reply to: Need reindexing after cloning a WordPress site? #8943In 3rd, if we use the website snapshot (Created by digital ocean) on a different server and do some changes, can we connect the Elasticsearch server to the same website hosted on different IP address?
pseudo visitorParticipant5 years, 5 months ago in reply to: Need reindexing after cloning a WordPress site? #8941In 1st, if we upgrade the current wordpress version, it will ask for database upgrade. So, I was worried if we need to reindex the Elasticsearch.
pseudo visitorParticipant5 years, 5 months ago in reply to: Croatian translation is not supported? #8932So I’ve tried every single way of figuring this out myself, but I am giving up.
I really don’t know how it is possible we are looking at the same path on the server and I can see the files and you do not, but it does not matter – I now installed Loco Translate and everything should be clear. A proper MO file is generated, but still nothing gets translated. You can see the full info from Loco Translate.
Unfortunately, I cannot use 2.6 option to change the strings as this will be a multilingual site, so I have to make the mo/po mechanism work.
The login credentials I have given you are still valid. Please see what you can do.
pseudo visitorParticipant5 years, 5 months ago in reply to: Croatian translation is not supported? #8930We seem to be looking at completely different sites. On my site, I dont even have a product type “goods”, and have various different plugins on the left.
pseudo visitorParticipant5 years, 5 months ago in reply to: Croatian translation is not supported? #8923Yes, the labels are not the problem, but keywords like “Filters”, “By %s”, that I assume is handled by .po (the strings are there).
This is what I see:
pseudo visitorParticipant5 years, 5 months ago in reply to: Croatian translation is not supported? #8921I did follow instructions.
You have a file manager there so you can see where the files are placed. I changed just a few strings to test it out, like “Filters” to “Filteri”, “By %s” to “Po %s”.
I placed in languages/plugins wpsolr-hr_HR.mo and also a copy named wpsolr-hr.mo, following the example of woocommerce-hr.mo, which works.
I am looking at facet labels. You can just search for letter “a” to get many results, as there are only 26 test products in the DB right now.
It all reverts to English in my case.
pseudo visitorParticipant5 years, 5 months ago in reply to: Index schema builder? #8915Ok great,
Is there a way to manage this through admin?
For example if we can add the search to suggest ”blue” when we search for ”red”.pseudo visitorParticipant5 years, 5 months ago in reply to: Solr configset doesn’t exist #8912Humm. This would cost me more money to add another instance. I’ll keep trying here. It was good to know where the “configsets” is. I’ll try to put files there.
pseudo visitorParticipant5 years, 5 months ago in reply to: Solr configset doesn’t exist #8910I’m on google compute engine.
pseudo visitorParticipant5 years, 5 months ago in reply to: Solr configset doesn’t exist #8907Yesterday, installed as root.. unistalled after not getting it to work with wpsolr.Today, installed as same user my site is hosted.
pseudo visitorParticipant5 years, 5 months ago in reply to: Solr configset doesn’t exist #8905Installing as root or user makes any difference? I tried both, both same result.
