Hello, we have bought a lifetime license 2019-03-27 and now our license says that it expires in 7 days. How is this possible? What should we do about this? Will our search stop working in 7 days? We do need the updates and this is quite confusing now. We were under that impression that Lifetime license is lifetime license, not yearly. Thank you in advance!
The lifetime is indeed lifetime. You just need to renew it each year, for free, when you receive your 2checkout renewal notification. After that, you you have to reactivate your license from the plugin’s admin.
