Weaviate with Reranker - Cohere

1. Reranker – Cohere module

The Reranker – Cohere is a Weaviate module for reranking search results. It uses The Cohere Rerank API to reorder results with a powerful semantic capacity.

Check carefully the Cohere Rerank API pricing.

Only use this feature from Weaviate >=  v1.20.2. Previous Weaviate versions had a bug that could increase greatly the cost of calling this API.

During the creation of your docker compose file from Weaviate wizzard : select the “Reranker – Cohere” module with a specific transformer model among the list. Then start the docker container.
