Here is the procedure to do just that:

I bought my licence for a domain name. Can I change to another domain name?

Unfortunately, I do not have access to the old site. I cannot deactivate it’s license anymore.

I removed your old site’s activation in WPSOLR back-office. You can now activate your new site.
